Founded in 1977, MSCB began by serving one hospital and several local physicians with a focus on performance and long-term partnership. In 1980, operations moved to Paris, Tennessee, where continued growth led to multiple facility expansions in 1990, 1999, 2005, and 2010.
As the healthcare industry evolved, MSCB remained focused exclusively on healthcare, becoming one of the first agencies dedicated entirely to medical collections. That focus created a deep level of expertise in self-pay recovery and revenue cycle support.
Today, MSCB remains one of the largest privately held, owner-operated healthcare collection agencies in the nation.
